These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of marketsprediction.com and any related pages, content, tools, newsletters, or notifications we operate (together, the "Service"). For information about how we handle data, please see our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may introduce additional features in the future — such as user accounts, saved preferences, alerts, or programmatic data access — and those features may be subject to supplemental terms, which will be presented to you before you use them.

2. What MarketsPrediction Is (and Is Not)

MarketsPrediction is an independent information, comparison, and analytics website. We aggregate publicly available data from third-party prediction market platforms — including odds, prices, volumes, liquidity, and market metadata — and present it alongside editorial content such as platform reviews, news summaries, guides, and promotional offers.

We are not a prediction market, exchange, broker, dealer, sportsbook, gaming operator, or investment adviser. We do not:

  • accept, hold, or transmit customer funds;
  • open or manage trading accounts;
  • execute, route, or place trades or wagers of any kind;
  • operate any market listed on the Service.

Any trading activity you undertake occurs entirely on third-party platforms, under their own terms, and at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any trading on third-party platforms you reach through it, is lawful in your jurisdiction. Prediction markets and event contracts are regulated differently around the world and may be restricted or prohibited where you live. The fact that the Service is accessible from your location, or that we display an offer or link, is not a representation that any platform, product, or promotion is available or lawful for you.

4. Not Financial Advice

All content on the Service — including odds comparisons, prices, volume and liquidity figures, trending markets, platform reviews, rankings, ratings, news summaries, guides, glossary entries, and any commentary — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to enter into any transaction, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any contract or instrument.

Trading event contracts involves substantial risk, including the loss of the entire amount you commit. Every decision you make is your own, and you are solely responsible for its outcome. Always verify a market's resolution criteria, rules, fees, and terms directly on the relevant platform before trading.

5. Market Data, Accuracy, and Timeliness

Third-party data. The odds, prices, volumes, and other market data displayed on the Service are collected from third-party platforms. We do not control this data and cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or current.

Delays and errors. Data is provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, cached, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Figures shown on the Service may differ from the live figures on the underlying platform at the moment you act.

Cross-platform matching and derived figures. Where we match equivalent markets across platforms, compare prices, or display aggregated or derived statistics, those results are produced by automated systems that can make mistakes. A comparison may reflect a matching error, stale data, or markets with materially different resolution criteria. Never rely on the Service as your sole source before making a trading decision.

6. Promotions, Affiliate Links, and Advertising Disclosure

The Service displays promotional offers, bonus codes, and links to third-party trading platforms. We may receive compensation when you click these links, use a promo code, sign up for, or deposit with a third-party platform. This compensation may influence which platforms and offers appear on the Service, and where and how they are displayed.

All offers are made by the third-party platforms, not by us. Offer amounts, eligibility requirements, and conditions are set and administered solely by those platforms, may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice to us, and are subject to the platform's own terms and conditions. We do not guarantee that any offer displayed on the Service is current, available in your location, or will be honored. Always confirm the terms of an offer directly with the platform before relying on it.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites and platforms. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Underlying market data may remain subject to the rights of the platforms from which it originates. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement of or by, MarketsPrediction.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract content or data from the Service by automated means without our prior written consent;
  • reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service's data, comparisons, or content, including to build or feed a competing product or dataset;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or technical protections;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or introduce malware or other harmful code;
  • frame or mirror the Service without our prior written consent;
  • use the Service in violation of any applicable law, or to infringe the rights of others;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with MarketsPrediction or imply that we endorse you.

We may limit, suspend, or block access to the Service, at our discretion, in response to conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or threatens the Service or its users.

10. Future Features and Accounts

We may introduce features that require registration, such as user accounts, watchlists, alerts, or data services. If we do, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, and additional or supplemental terms may apply. Until such features launch, no provision of these Terms should be read as offering them.

11. Availability and Changes to the Service

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including data coverage, features, and content — at any time, without notice or liability.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AND DATA ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKETSPREDICTION AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON ANY PRICE, ODDS, COMPARISON, REVIEW, OFFER, OR OTHER CONTENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MarketsPrediction and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide reasonable notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in [VENUE], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
